Pre-College Summer Programs for high school students will be offered exclusively through online instruction in summer 2021.
Students who participated last summer enjoyed a wide variety of extra-curricular opportunities that enhanced their academic studies. Whether competing for first place in our virtual “House Competition,” receiving daily 1-on-1 and group support from current LMU undergraduates, or dropping into nightly social activities with peers – students felt that one aspect of summer they loved most was the sense of community they built during their time online with LMU.
As always, we are committed to providing you with an engaging and enriching academic experience and look forward to welcoming you to our online community of scholars this summer.

Yes. The application process will remain the same.
If your high school is currently remote and you are having trouble obtaining an official transcript, we will accept unofficial transcripts as part of your application. If you are having difficulty securing any other application requirements as a result of your remote learning environment, please contact us at summer@lmu.edu so we can assist you further.

Yes. We will have optional online activities, workshops, and events so you can hang out with classmates virtually and learn more about the LMU student experience. No. LMU will not host residential opportunities to high school students in summer 2021. All pre-college programs will take place online and no accomodations will be provided.
