Dates and Deadlines

Session Dates:

Summer school at LMU consists of two consecutive 6-week sessions, each the equivalent of a 16-week semester. Final exams are included within each six-week session. The sessions do not overlap and students are welcome to attend both sessions. Because of the compressed nature of the classes, students are limited to 8 semester hours per session. Apply early for the best chance to enroll in your preferred courses.

Summer Session I: May 17- June 25, 2027

Summer Session II: June 28- August 6, 2027

Applications Open:

• Applications will open in December 2026

Application Completion Date: 

• Application decisions will be made on a rolling basis until 1 week prior to the start of each summer session

Decision Release Date:

• Within 10 business days of application completion
