Summer pre-college programs with Loyola Marymount University are an engaging opportunity for motivated high school students to get a sneak peek at college academics through a unique experience designed to challenge their critical and creative ways of thinking. These courses are so much more than summer school. These transformative summer experiences provide students with the opportunity to explore academic passions, evolve as individuals, and discover what it means to have the heart of an LMU Lion.
Our pre-college programs are designed to provide a unique opportunity for high-achieving high school students to learn at an undergraduate level. We believe this format, which places an emphasis on an education of the whole person rather than a final grade, will help our students to become more confident in an exploration of their academic endeavors and provide this eager population with the tools they need to be successful in college and beyond.
